Sometimes it feels like you need to be calmer, slower, more “together” to belong there. But most of the people I work with aren’t like that. They’re busy, switched on, and often carrying more than they realise.

That’s why I teach in a way that’s simple, practical, and grounded.

Through breath, movement, and moments of stillness, I help you regulate your nervous system and find a way back to yourself, without needing to change your whole life or suddenly become a different kind of person.
