I’m a yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher based in Madrid, offering a practical and grounded approach to working with stress.

Through movement, breath, and stillness, I help you regulate your nervous system and find more steadiness in your day-to-day life.

What to expect

My classes are breath-led, adaptable, and designed to meet you where you are on the day. Sometimes that means building strength and energy through movement. Sometimes it means slowing things down and allowing your body to soften. Often, it’s a bit of both.

I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2022, with training in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, as well as meditation.
