Over time, I’ve come to see meditation less as something you have to “get right,” and more as something you can return to in different ways. It doesn’t have to look like a perfect pose or a quiet mind.
The practices I share are simple and accessible: short meditations and breathwork you can fit into real moments in your day. A few minutes to steady yourself before a meeting. A pause to reset when things feel like too much.
